All of your books are managed using secure, trusted accounting software like QuickBooks Online with two-factor authentication enabled. I never store sensitive information on unsecured devices or share it through unencrypted channels.

When we need to exchange documents, I use encrypted file-sharing tools—never email—and when necessary, your files are additionally secured with passwords. All systems I use are protected with strong, unique passwords and multi-factor authentication to prevent unauthorized access.

I believe in transparency. You have the right to know what information I collect, how I use it, and how long I keep it. I only collect the financial and business information necessary to provide you with accurate bookkeeping services. I never share your information with third parties without your explicit consent, except when required by law or necessary for the services you've requested.

Your data stays yours. You maintain full ownership of all your financial records and business information. If you ever decide to end our working relationship, I will securely transfer all of your data back to you and permanently delete any copies from my systems within 30 days, unless legally required to retain certain records.

I regularly review and update my security practices to ensure they meet current industry standards. I also stay informed about the latest privacy regulations and compliance requirements to make sure your business remains protected and compliant.
